Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ahupe Foundation, we deeply value the generosity of our supporters. As a non-profit organization, donations made to us go directly toward funding our charitable activities and community projects.
We understand that errors may occur during the donation process. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
1. Donations Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable
All donations made through our website https://ahupefoundation.in are voluntary, and once processed, are generally non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Personal financial circumstances
Dissatisfaction with use of funds or project outcomes
2. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate donation made by mistake
Donation made in incorrect amount
Technical error during transaction processing
Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Contact us at contact@ahupefoundation.in within 7 days of the transaction
Provide details including the donor’s name, transaction ID, amount, date of donation, and reason for the refund request
Each request will be reviewed by our team, and refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
As donations are processed immediately through Razorpay, we are unable to cancel donations once they are successfully submitted. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method through which the donation was received.
